My name is Colt Wynn I am 15 years old.
Last year I was paralyzed in a hunting accident.
When I was in the Hospital I had lost 38 pounds.
I knew that I had to start lifting harder and more consistent than I ever had
before. I knew it would make life a lot easier in a wheelchair.
I was lifting weights while I still had a broken Back.
Now its been about year since my accident.
My arms grew from 11" to 15 1/2" .
I have put on 25 pounds of muscle to my upper body.
I am 6 foot 1 140 lbs my arms are 15 1/2"
