My name is Josh. I am 14 years old (and 7 months). I've been bodybuilding for just over a year, and lifting weights for about 2-2.5 years. My training has been getting more intense the more I learn about the sport. It really has become my drive to be massive and to stand out. I like to be different than everyone else, to be my own figure. I am pretty well-read in the field of body principles and nutrition, and try to apply this to my training regimen. I am currently doing a 4 day split. I like to do both high reps and low reps, I always vary things. To me there is nothing in the world like seeing yourself blown up during a workout. Currently, I am bulking.
I am
5'7", about 183-184 pounds.
My measurements (cold) are: Arms, 16 1/8. Forearms: 13 1/8. Quads: 27 1/2.
Waist: 33 3/4.
Neck: 17. Calves: 16 5/8. Chest: 45 1/8. Shoulders: 52 5/8.
